Meredith Adams
Hello! I’m a qualitative Design/UX Researcher, writer, and editor. I’m endlessly curious about people, their stories, and how those experiences can shape the future.
Design/UX Research
I was at the design consultancy, IDEO, from 2013-2021. For the first three year of my time there I was Design Research Operations for the Chicago studio before transitioning to a full-time Design Researcher. I worked on projects ranging from financial services to healthcare, education, scientific equipment, and many points in between.
Following my time at IDEO I became a UX Researcher at Farfetch, the largest luxury fashion platform in the world. This allowed me to experience working in-house where I focused on the user experience for brands and boutiques.
Currently I’m freelancing as a researcher, writer, and editor for a variety of clients.

Concept testing a new lifestyle support and coaching platform for people living with Type 2 diabetes.

Co-design sessions with biologists on designing a lab of the future to reduce errors and save time.
Recent writing projects
